The Brief
Sledge Film and Video was appointed to create a film that highlighted the variety of ways in which Accenture touches the lives of people living in the UK on a daily basis.
The Solution
Telling the story of a day in the life of the UK, Sledge used time and time specific events to illustrate Accenture's deep involvement in British life, in a film titled, 'Accenture - A Lovely Day'.
By combining carefully controlled scenarios with skilful photography, we set out to cast a light on the heroic nature of everyday life. Gently choreographed shots were used to create a series of "grabbed moments", communicating the specific Accenture "touch point" within the narrative of each scene and ultimately portraying the larger corporate message alongside the more subtle human aspect of the story.
Throughout the day we see the seconds passing, building to the film's tag line:
Accenture. We are part of what makes the UK tick.
The Results
Our clients, their colleagues and superiors loved the end result. Testament to this, 'A Lovely Day' is currently being used to open meetings worldwide and is in the process of being reformatted to extend its use beyond our original remit.
